NAUH has again reached out to House members for critical legislative support.

With Congress’s payroll tax conference committee about to begin work, NAUH has written to every member of the U.S. House to ask them to sign onto a letter sponsored by Representatives Marcia Fudge (D-OH) and Judy Chu (D-CA) asking conference committee members not to pay for any proposals by reducing Medicare or Medicaid payments to urban safety-net hospitals.  Read NAUH’s message to House members here.
