Report on Health Care Regulations Subject to Review

Congressional_Research_Service.svgIn a new report, the Congressional Research Service describes how this process works and lists regulations that could be subject to such review.

Among the regulations cited in the report are those governing emergency preparedness requirements for participating Medicare and Medicaid providers; the Medicare shared savings program; and the FY 2017 Medicare inpatient prospective payment systems.
