Gloria Klugh
A member of NAUH's staff since the group's founding in 1993, Gloria Klugh is an expert in Medicare and Medicaid policy, reimbursement, and regulations. She leads NAUH's in-house data analysis activities, analyzing and developing regulatory and legislative proposals, reimbursement systems, and health policy initiatives. Gloria specializes in analyzing complex data, interpreting its implications, and directing the development of computerized models that simulate the potential impact of proposed changes in federal Medicare and Medicaid policies. She earned a bachelor's degree in quantitative business analysis at Pennsylvania State University.
